Order Cancellation

We typically process orders within 1-3 days of receiving them. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing it.


Cancellation types

  1. Before production: Orders can be canceled for a full refund.
  2. After production begins: Orders may be canceled, but a 50% fee of the total price will be charged.
  3. After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued.



Refunds & Returns

To protect customer health and safety, and due to the personal and unique nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns. Exceptions apply only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival (excluding minor issues such as lint or washable residue). Once a product leaves our warehouse, it is considered used, and we do not resell second hand items.



Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

  1. Lost Packages: Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier, our responsibility ends. Customers must contact the local courier to file a claim.
  2. Incorrect Address: If your order is in transit, please contact the courier to update your address. If the courier delivers to the wrong address, customers must arrange re-delivery directly with the courier.

Refunds will not be issued for lost packages or incorrect addresses.



International orders:

  1. Customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes.
  2. We cannot estimate import costs. Please contact your local customs office for details.
  3. Refusing to pay import fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and no reimbursement will be provided.
  4. Repeated refusal of import fees may lead to blacklisting.
  5. Orders shipped to the EU are not subject to additional taxes or fees.



Product Size

All products are carefully measured, but slight variations may occur due to manufacturing differences. We do not offer refunds for minor measurement discrepancies or if the product is too small or too large.



After-Sales Service

If your product is damaged or broken during normal use, please contact us within 7 days and provide evidence. After seven days, after-sales service will no longer be available.
